Dear Mr. Denton:

This is to provide advance copies of revised FSAR information regarding the consequences of a postulated break in a main steam pipe at Byron and Braidwood stations.

This updates analytical information provided in reference (a) and in FSAR Amendment 39.

Attachment A contains corrected figures for the steamline break report.

The changes are necessary to correct computational errors.

The overall results o f the analysis are not altered.

This information will be incorporated into the FSAR in the next amendment.

Please address questions regarding this matter to this office.
