The additional time is necersa.m./ to ensure the quality of the corrective actions taker..

The slip in completion date w1s diLcested on July 16, 1982 in a telephone conference between !!r. Otto Maynard, KGG, and Mr. Ray Hall, NRC.

Mr. Hall agreed that a one-week slip was acceptable in order to achieve better quality in corrective action.
