Dear Mr. Collins:

At the present time, Mercury and Ebasco have formed several " Joint Walk Down" teams representing Mercury Engineering, Mercury QC, and Ebasco Construction Engineering. By this method all existing conditions requiring engineering evaluation, corrective action or rework have been identified. Further information concerning the progress of this effort will be supplied by April 4, 1983.
