Limerick Generatlig Station, Units 1 and 2 1991 Full Participation Onsite/Offsite Emergency Exercise Charge of Exercise Date Gentlemen:
Our letter dated Novernber 14, 1990, subnitted the emergency exercise
- objectives for the 1991 Annual Emergency Exercise. 'Ihe 1991 emergency exercise is the required biennial full participation exercise involving onsite and offsite emergency organizations, and our Novembe.r 14, 1990 letter stated that
- this emergency exercise is scheduled for February 12, 1991.
'Ihis letter is to notify you that based on discussions and agreements anorg the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FDm), the IMnnsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PDR), and the NRC, Region I, the 1991 Annual Emergency Exercise for Limerick Generating Station (IGS) is being re-scheduled to be conducted ~in March 1991, on a date to be determined. 'Ihis exercise date change will be formalized in cmmunication between PDB and FDR. Accordingly, we will subnit the 1991 omergency exercise scenario 60 days prior to the 1991 exercise date.. We also note that conductirg the 1991: full participation emergency
-exercise in March 1991 is within the time allowed by the NRC in its letter dated August 27, 1990 grantirg our request for an exettption to conduct the biennial full participation emergency exercise in 1991 rather than 1990.
