50-328 In my October 18, 1982 letter to you, we provided the additional information requested by Thomas M. Novak's August 9, 1982 letter to H. G. Parris. The October 18, 1982 letter provided responses to NRC questions regarding the CLASIX Computer Code (OPS-07A35) which was submitted to the NRC by letter from me to you dated December 1, 1981.

Because the enclosure in the October 18, 1982 letter contains information proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Corporation, we request the letter be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR Part 2.790.

The appropriate affidavit and letter authorizing use of the proprietary information was provided by my December 1, 1981 letter to you.
