Dear 5:
This is' to inform you that there has been a brief slippage in the date scheduled for co.upletion of the County's radiological emergency response plan.
It is now anticipated that the County's plan will be transmitted to the Legislature during the latter half of November.
The delay results larg.ely from additional time needed.by the consultants to complete computer runs related to evacuation scenarios and to complete the accompanying narrative.
The County's plan will include several volumes of back-up materials which will presumably be of assistance to t.he Legislature in preparing for its public hearings on the plan.
