Status of Restart Items - TMI Unit 1 Order and Notice of Hearing Dated August 9, 1979 - Docket No. 50-289 is a summary status report for items that must be certified by the NRC staff prior to restart as a result of the NRC Order and Notice of Hearing dated August 9,1979. is for items that the NRC must verify are complete to fulfill various restart commitments other than those relating to the August 9,1979 Order.
The data for GPUNC is current as of October 15, 1982. We did not have data of equivalent timing for the NRC status on verification of these items, but will provide it when we have it available in future status l
