SLNMARY OF OPDRTI!G EXPERIDCE The unit operated at 100% power th. yhout the month of Novmber with the exception of two power reductions te facilitate repairs.
The first power reduction occurred on Novunber 7 as a result of a partial loss of cooling on the aB" phase main transformer. Power was reduced to 87%
4 for approximately two hces to stabilire winding taperatures while repairs could be ccrpleted.
e Power was again reduced late Novunber 9 through November 12 for secondary system maintenance activities. Specifically, Main Feedwater Punp PAE01B underwent speed sensor replacement and Heater Drain Imps PAF01A and B were encapsulated to stop ongoing leakage. Reactor power was decreased to 55%
for the feedwater punp repair and increased to 95% until the heater drain punp repairs were ccmplete.
II. MMOR SAFEIT REIATED MAINTENAtCE ACTIVITIES i
No majar safety related maintenance activities were perfoned in !bvenbar.
