1) Attachment 1 - An updated cross reference list providing SER items and the corresponding resolution. (Vertical bars have been included to depict changes on the listing that have been made since its last issuance with SNRC-722 dated 6/28/82).

2) Attachment 2 - Revised pages from the Shoreham Emergency Plan

3) Attachment 3 - Shoreham's Offsite Dose - Assess-ment Methodology for Emergency Applications

4) Attachment 4 - Radiological Emergency Evacuation Plan for the Shoreham Nuclear Power Station

5) Attachment 5 - Resident and Transient Population Emergency Preparedness Information, i.e., posters, emergency procedures (for the general public).

The revised pages to the Emergency Plan (Attachment 2) will be included in LILCO's next amendment to the plan.
