Dear Mr. Keppler:
In accordance with Mr. Hind's letter of May 12, 1982 we are writing to confirm the rescheduling of our 1983 Annual Exercise from April 5,1982 to (October _27,19p This change is being made to avoid conflicting with the 1983 Refueling Gycle currently scheduled for the First Quarter of 1983.
As the 1982 Annual Exercise was conducted on July 28, 1982 the rescheduled date is within 15 months of the previous exercise. Hence, we believe the time interval between exercises is consistent with the NRC definition of annual.
