In accordance with Supplement 1 to NUREG-0737, Section 4.2.,
a pre-implementation review of the Safety Analysis Report and issuance of a Safety Evaluation Report is requested.
This issue imploiints NUREG-0737 (TMI Action Plan), I.D.2.1 for all three units.
