In my June 10,1982. letter to you, we provided our response to Browns Ferry Inspection Report Nos. 50-259/82-10, -260/82-10, and

-296/82-10. In our response to Violation Item B, we indicated that a revision to Division Procedures Manual (DPM) N82A3, Compliance Management, would be issued by August 15, 1982. As discussed with F. Cantrell of your staff on August 13, 1982, we will not be able to revise DPM N82A3 until October I, 1982 because of the scope of the-effort involved.
