Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and nineteen copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of the Peach Bottom Unit 3 operating License.
This Application requests a change in the Peach Bottom Unit 3 Technical Specifications to temporarily extend the inspection interval applicable to two inaccessible hydraulic snubbers.
In accordance with $170.12 of the Commission's Regulations,there is enclosed a check payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of
