DOCKET NUMBER 50-483 CALLAWAY PLANT EADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN, REV. 17 Enclosed is one copy of Revision 17 of the Callaway Plant Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP)..This document was implemented on April 11, 1994, in accordance with Callaway Plant procedures and 10CFR50.54(q).
This revision is the result of our annual review of'the Plan.
In addition to minor editing, Letters of. Agreement were updated,-the Evacuation Time Estimate Study has been revised, the normal plant organization has been removed,'
and changes have.been included to reflect the combined Operations Support Centers (OSCs).
A change to Emergency Action-Level (EAL) 3F, Complete Loss of Any Function Needed for Cold Shutdown, was also made in Chapter 4.
A detailed list.of all other changes is also enclosed.
J Revision 17 of the RERP does not decrease the offectiveness of emergency. preparedness at the Callaway-Plant.
The Plan continues to meet the standards of-10CFR50.47(b) and requirements of 10CFR50.54(q).
