Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 1 and No. 2 BV-1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 BV-2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Proposed Operating License Change Request Nos. 184 and 49 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Duquesne Light Company requests.an-amendment to the above licenses in the form of changes to the technical specifications.
The proposed changes will incorporate the-power operated relief valve requirements in accordance. with the guidance in Generic Letter 90-06 and the Improved Standard Technical Specifications with some exceptions to address plant specific design features.
The proposed technical specification changes for Unit No. 1 and Unit No.-
2 are presented in Attachments A-1 and A-2, respectively.
The safety analysis (including the no significant hazards evaluation) is presented in Attachment B.
The typed replacement technical specification pages are presented in Attachments C-1 and C-2.
.i This change has been reviewed by the Onsite Safety Committee and Offsite Review Committee.
The change was determined to be. safe and does not involve a
significant hazard consideration as defined in 10 CFR 50.92 based on the attached safety analysis.
