Dear Mr. Schwencer:
This letter forwards a copy of our October 8,1982 letter and the attachments regarding safety relief valve hydro-dynamic loads. The attachments were inadvertently omitted in our original submittal. As noted in the October 8, 1982 letter, the attachments contain proprietary information and we request that the submittal be handled as proprietary in accordance with 10CFR2.790. A non-proprietary documentation of our position on SRV testing will be provided by November 5, 1982.
