Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Docket No. 50-368 License No. NPF-6 ANO-2 Cycle 11 Core Operating Limits Report Gentlemen:
Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 2 (ANO-2) Technical Specification 6.9.5 requires submittal of the Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for each reload cycle. Attached is Revision 0 of ANO-2 Engineering Report 94-R-2003-01, which is the COLR for ANO-2 Cycle 11.
This completes the reporting requirement for the referenced specification.
Note that the reference contained in Technical Specification 6.9.5.1.7 " Calculation Methods for the CE Large Dreak LOCA Evaluation Model for the Analysis of CE and L' Designed NSSS," CEN-132, Supplement 3-P-A was not used in the design of the ANO-2 Cycle iI core and is therefore not listed in the COLR. This situation has been discussed with the ANO-2 NRR Project Manager. Should you have any questions, please contact my stafT.
