APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.
S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light company hereby requests that the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix. A to ther.o licenses be amended to revise the containment Structural Integrity Surveillance Specification 4.G.1.6.1 to add the wording contained in l
the Standard Technical Specifications.
The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in Attachments A
to this Application.
A Safety Analysis and No Significant llaza rd Evaluation are set forth in Attachment B.
Typed replacement pages for the Technical Specifications are contained on Attachment C.
Based on the guidance provided by the commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards
. consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to.
these Operating Licenseu be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
