t Material Facts as to Which There Are Genuine Issues To Be Heard

1. Teachers and day care personnel in the Massachusetts EPZ do not have role certainty about being responsible for the children they usually supervise during a radiological emergency

! at Seabrook Station. Cole Affidavit, 112, 15-23.

2. There is no reasonable assurance that sufficient i school personnel will respond to care for and supervise school children and day care center children being evacuated as a result of a radiological emergency at Seabrook Station. Eglg Affidavit, Dassim.

3. There is no assurance that there are sufficient personnel assigned to care for the children at the School Host racility, if teachers and day care personnel refuse to -
