Dear Mr. Martin:
Specification 4.4.5.5.b of reference (a) requires that the complete results of the steam generator tube inservice inspection shall be submitted to the Commission in a Special Report pursuant to Specification 6.9.2 of reference (a) within 12 months following the completion of the inspection.
The Braidwood Unit 2 steam generator eddy current inspection was completed April 13, 1993.
During this inspection, fifty percent of the tubing received a a
full length bobbin coil inspection with the remainder of the tubes being inspected through the U-Bend from the hot leg side.
Rotating Pancake Coil (RPC) was used to confirm and characterize all distorted indications found through the bobbin coil examinations.

indication lists and maps, a guide to abbreviations used in the indication list, and a list of the certified personnel performing the eddy current examinations.
