Dear Mr. Stolz:
This is in response to your letter dated August 24, 1982 (Log No. 1066) concerning requested information in support of two reactor safeguard programs. Toledo Edison is participating in a Sandia safeguards program which is reviewing vital areas and we expect the report to be completed soon for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1.
In support of the Sandia safeguards program, Toledo Edison has provided the necessary drawings to complete their review. Your letter of August 24, 1982 appears to request the same type of information we previously submitted to Sandia. Therefore, we feel your request duplicates the Sandia program and we need additional information concerning the use of the drawings and the reactor safeguards program prior to our resubmittal of the requested information.
