FOURTH REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENIS TO NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION IN CARE OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, NUCLEAR REGULAT-ORY COMMISSION, WASHINGTON, D.C. 20555 Pursuant to 10 CFR Section 2.744, Sunflower Alliance Inc., et al, an intervenor in this proceeding, requests the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to produce and either furnish copies of or permit intervenors to inspect and copy any of the following documents responsive to this request which are in the possession, custody or control of the Corsaission. This Request for Production of Documents is also continuing in nature and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission must produce immediately any additionel documents the NRC obtains which are responsive to this request. '

STATrMENT OF PURPOSE Contention one in this proceeding deals with emersecy evacuation planning. This request seeks to produce evidence which is either admissible at the hearing on contention one or will lead to admissible evidence ich' can be produced ft the hearing on issue one.

DOCUMENIS TO BE PRODUCED ,

1. All applicant responses to the NRC staff first round of questions

-dated February 15, 1982' and apparently submitted to the NRC staff on

a subsequent unknown date. This round of questions specifically deals with the Perry Emergency Plan dated May 22, 1981.

2. All Applicant responses to the NRC staff second round of questions dated August 30, 1982 specifically dealing with the Perry Emergency Plan.

3. All Applicant responses and Staff Questions, comments or other communications which occur at meetings between the NRC Staff and the Applicant dealing with tbe Perry Emergency Plan from the date of the submission of Emergency Plan to the date of the response to this request.
