Edward G. Greenman letter to R. Pleniewicz dated March 07, 1994, transmitting Notice of Violation with inspection Report 50-254/94006; 50-265/94006.
Enclosed is Commonwealth Edison's response to the Notice of Violations (NOV) transmitted with the referenced letter. The NOV cited one Level IV violation. The violation concerned an inadequate search of a vehicle entering the protected area.
- The following commitments have been made by this letter:
1)
A meeting was held on March 25,1994 to discuss the event and provide management expectations to all security management, supervisors, and officers.
2)
A policy and guidelines for the review of memos and lesson's learned for--
incorporation into post orders and instructions was implemented on' April 1,1994.
