Dear Mr. Gody:
Attached is a signed acknowledgement of the Amendment to Indemnity Agreement No.
B-50 which was transmitted to Public Service Company of Colorado (PSC) by the referenced letter. This amendment reduced the amount of financial protection and -
deleted secondary financial protection, consistent with the permanent shutdown condition of PSC's Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Station.
