Dear Administrative Judges:
This is in response to the " Notice" regarding a recently published article included in the Septsber 16, 1982 Memorandum and Order (Concerning Scheduling).
OCRE has searched diligently in public and university libraries in Northeast Ohio for Nuclear News, without success. OCRE therefore respectfully requests that the Licensing Board send copies of the article to all the parties.
OCRE believes that this is the only way to avoid prejudice to intervenors, as Applicants and Staff undoubtedly have access to this publication, whereas the intervenors do not.
