AMENDMENT NO. 44 TO AMENDED AND SUBSTITUTED APPLICATION FOR LICENSES The DETROIT EDISON COMPANY, Applicant in the above captioned proceeding, hereby files Amendment No. 44 to its Amended and Substituted Application for Licenses for the purpose of transmitting additional infor-mation requested by the Regulatory Staf f, including revisions to Chapters 2, 13, and 15, and Appendices A, ii.I.B.1, H.II.B.3, and H.II.D.3 to Applicant's Final Safety Analysis Report.
In addition, Applicant wishes to notify the Commission that, effective June 30, 1982, The Detroit Edison Company was incorporated solely in the State of Michigan. Previously, The Detroit Edison Company was incorporated in the State of New York and the State of Michigan.
WHEREFORE, Applicant prays as in its Amended and Substituted Application for Licenses.
