This report is provided in response to Questions 30.56 through 30.59 of the Midland Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR). This report provides the information necessary for your Staff to complete their review of Confirmatory Item (22) of the Midland Safety Evaluation Report. It was verified all failures were bounded by FSAR analysis or created anomalies not severe enough to be analyzed in the FSAR and were well within operator capabilities.

The FSAR responses to Questions 30.56 through 30.59 will be revised to refer-ence the enclosed report.
