Gentlemen:
In response to your letter of July 26, l982, we are submitting the additional information requested to support our proposed 10 CFR 50.54(p) changes to the Beaver Valley Guard Training and Qualification Plan.
Enclosure A provides a response to each of the items for which clarifying statements were requested.
Items identified as comment numbers 7, 8 and 9 indicate that additional changes to the Plan will be made.
These changes will be forthcoming in a subsequent submittal as a change to this Plan.
We have determined that this submittal contains confidential in-formation in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d) and safeguards information pu rsua nt to 10 CFR 73.21, and therefore, is exempt from public disclosure and should receive limited distribution.
