Dear Sirs:
l Attached is the Limerick Generating Station (LGS). Units 1 and 2 1990 i
Annual Emergency Exercise scenario package and revised exercise description, scope, i

and objectives for the LGS full participation onsite/offsite biennial emergency exercise ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled exercise in accordance with an NRC i
letter dated August 9, 1989. The August 9. 1989 letter provides guidance on the j
submittal of emergency exercise-objectives and scenario guidelines. On September 11
.i 1990, a revised description, scope, and objectives for the November 20. 1990 annual exercise were submittei to the NRC in accordance with the guidance in the August 9 1989 NRC letter, to reflect changes necessitated by the approval of the above i
described exemption. Philadelphia Electric-Company, via telephone conversation on

Butler af the NRC. withdrew this submittal since discussions with NRC r.egion I representatives indicated that this information should remain confidential r.nd should not be disclosed to the public. However, based on our discussions with NRC Region I representatives concerning the confidentiality of this information, copies of the attached scenario as well as the revised description..
