Dear Sir:
In a letter dated March 14,1994, Northeast Nuclear Energy Company provided the report of operating and shutdown experience relating to Millstone Unit No. 2 for the month of February 1994, in accordance with Appendix A Technical Specifications, Section 6.9.1.6. Unfortunately, the last page of that letter, entitled REFUELING INFORMATION REQUEST" did not reflect the recently received Technical Specification Amendment 172, which inc eased the capacity of the spent fuel pool.
The projected date of the last refueling on which the spent fuel pool full core offload capacity would be reached was not updated. The corrected replacement page is attached to this letter. Please remove the last page of the previously transmitted letter and replace it with the attached corrected page. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight.
