Dear Mr. Kuzmycz:
As discussed by telephone between yourself and Chuck Fuller of our staff, we request deferring submittal of a finalized Technical Specification concerning the proposed undervoltage relaying modifications until those modifications are undertaken.
Phase 1 of the modifications are scheduled to be completed during the third refueling shutdown, currently slated to begin in October, 1983.
By deferring sumbittal, we can more accurately insure the Technical Specification proposal reflects as installed conditions.
