The purpose of this letter is to submit BAV-2127, Supplement 3,--

" Plant-Specific Analysis in Response to NRC Bulletin 88-11, Pressurizer.

Surge Line Thermal Stratification," for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power

' Station (DBNPS). Toledo Edison's letter dated December 3, 1993 (Serial

-Number 2190) provided the current status and Toledo Edison's schedule for completion of the remaining actions to resolve Bulletin 88-11 for i

The enclosed report, BAV-2127, Supplement 3, " Plant Specific Analysis
