The purpose of this letter is to submit BAV-2127, Supplement 3,--

" Plant-Specific Analysis in Response to NRC Bulletin 88-11, Pressurizer. ,

Surge Line Thermal Stratification," for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power

' Station (DBNPS). Toledo Edison's letter dated December 3, 1993 (Serial '

• s -Number 2190) provided the current status and Toledo Edison's schedule i for completion of the remaining actions to resolve Bulletin 88-11 for

'the DBNPS.

The enclosed report, BAV-2127, Supplement 3, " Plant Specific Analysis

.in Response to NRC Bulletin 88-11, Pressurizer Surge.Line Thermal-5 <*1fication," provides a revised plant-specific analysis-for the

-!N .S. 'The report supersedes in its entirety BAV-2127, Supplement 1, 1 G1ch was previously submitted _(Serial Number 1982, dated October 8, a

boundary components-remain within allovable limits-and that accumulated
