Norelius letter to Cordell Reed dated July 26, 1982.
Dear Mr. Keppler:
Reference (a) transmitted Inspection Report 50-373/82-27.
That letter contained a Notice of Violation, but noted that action had been taken to correct the identified item o f noncompliance and to prevent recurrence.
Consequently, no reply to the item of non-compliance was required.
Re ference (a) also requested that Commonwealth Edison respond to the matters identifiec in Section 4.b o f the report.
At tachment A contains our response to these concerns.
Attachment A contains " Safeguards Information" and should be controlled in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 requirements.
To the best of my knowledge and belief the statements contained in the attachment are true and correct.
In some respects these statements are not based on my personal knowledge but upon information furnished by other Commonwealth Edison and Contractor employees.
Such information has been reviewed in accordance with Company practice and I believe it to be reliable.
