Letter from Robert A. Fenech to NRC dated September 27, 1993, "Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (SQN) - Unit 2 - Facility Operating License DPR Special Report-93-16" This letter provides details concerning a revision to the corrective action completion date for the failure analysis of the diesel generator 2A actuators.
There were delays in the shipment of the actuators to the manufacturer for failure analysis and problems with the specifications for repair of the actuators. The failure analysis will be completed by May 13, 1994. The failure analysis was originally scheduled to be completed by March 31, 1994.
