By letter dated December 9,1993, Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) submitted a Steam Generator Tube Support Plate interim Plugging Criteria amendment request for Farley Unit 1. This proposed amendment was supplemented by letter dated February 23,1994. In the supplement, Bases page B3/4 4-3 should have been updated to include reference to the SNC February 23,1994 transmittalletter; however, this reference was inadvertently omitted. Attached is the revised Bases page.
