In response to your letter of July 13, 1982, CPU Nuclear intends to provide by March 1983 a maximum allowable LOCA kw/tt operating limit utilizing a boundin:c, input approach similar to that used for the Consumers Power Study. A schedule for implementation of permanent modifications to our ECCS evaluation models will be provided by October 1982.
