The attached Exhibit B and Exhibit C page 249b should be substituted for page 249b of the original submittal.
This revised page incorporates an improvement in the wording originally submitted for Monticello Technical Specifications, Section 6.7, Reporting Requirements, concerning the identification of the approved analytical methods for developing the Core Operating Limits Report.
" Latest approved version" is proposed to read "the approved version at the time the reload analyses are performed".
With approval of our January 4, 1994 submittal as modified by this letter, subsequent Core Operating Limits Reports would identify the revision number of the approved analytical methods used to determine core operating limits.
The evaluation contained in Exhibit A of our original submittal and the remaining portions of Exhibit B and C are unaffected by this change.
This letter contains the following NRC commitment:
