ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS CHANGES HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-57 DOCKET NO. 50-354 I
The purpose of this letter is to revise LCR 93-11, Administrative Controls Changes.
Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) is incorporating recommendations from Draft Generic Letter, " Guidance for Modification of Technical Specifications to 4
Reflect (A) Revisions to 10 CFR Part 20, ' Standards for I
Protection Against Radiation' and 10 CFR.50.36a, ' Technical Specifications on Effluents from Nuclear Power Reactors,' (B) l Related Current Industry Initiatives, and (C) Miscellaneous Related Editorial Clarifications."
Specifically, LCR 93-11 now establishes a May 1 submittal deadline for the Radioactive Effluents Release Report (RERR), which makes the LCR submittal consistent with the recommendations in the Draft Generic Letter.
l' Please note, however, that this submittal does not change any of l
the conclusions stated in the Significant Hazards Consideration Evaluation previously submitted for LCR 93-11. to this letter contains a revised marked-up Technical Specification page which reflects the May 1 deadline for the RERR submittal.
