AA Y /0 -f $Z This is an appeal to the July 6,1981 denial of my June 11, 1981 FOIA request for the eight page CONFIDENTIAL PROPO5ED CA STIPE ULATION (FOIA-81-227). This appeal is filed pursuant to the FOIA Act and your letter of August 20, 1981 in which you indicated that I should " feel free to submit a request for reconsideration " at a later time.
Accordingly, I submit the appeal at this time.
