In reference to your January 21, 1994, letter inquiring about the availability of funds from the Department of Energy for the conversion of the NTR from HEU to LEU fuel, you are hereby advised that funds are unavailable in the Department's FY 1994 budget and have not been submitted in the Department of Energy's FY 1995 planning budget.
