Dear Mr. Keppler:
We are transmitting under separate cover, forty copies of the Radioactive Effluent Release Report for the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2, corresponding to the period from January 1, 1982 to June 30, 1982. This report was prepared in accordance with Section 5.4.1A of the Plant's Appendix B Technical Specifications and it demonstrates that Plant operation has been in compliance with the requirements of 40 CFR 190.
This report is being submitted without Sr-89 and Sr-90 data for the second quarter. The analysis of the effect of these isotopes will not be completed by our contractor until af ter the due date of the report. We will report to you at a later time the changes to the report arising from the analysis of the Sr-89 and Sr-90 data.
This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to ensure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
