River Bend Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-458-Interim Report /DR-91 On January 11, 1983, Gulf States Utilities Company (GSU) notified the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Region IV Office of a condition potentially. reportable under 10CFR50.55(e). GSU is currently evaluating the misapplication of a Bethlehem Steel load indicating washer in a structural steel slip connection in the Reactor Containment (DR-91). This condition was clarified in a telephone conversation with Region IV on February 10, 1983.
GSU has not completed its investigation. An interim or final status report will be provided by April 12, 1983.
