In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), please find enclosed copies 1 through 6 of the Pilgrim Station Safeguards Contingency Plan, Revision 2.
All changes are explained in a hi-lited foreward inserted in each plan. All changes were subject to careful review, and do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21 of the NRC's regulations, we are requesting that you withhold information provided in Enclosure copies 1 through 6, and hi-lited foreward, from public inspection.
When separated from Enclosures, handle this document as decontrolled.
