Long Island Lighting Company hereby submits Amendment No. 45 to its License Application, consisting of Revison 27 to the Final Safety Analysis Report.

This revision contains:

1. Revised sections 13.1, Organizational Structure of Applicant, 13.2, Training, 13.4, Review and Audit and 13.5, Station Procedures

2. Revised Responses to NRC requests

3. Minor corrections / clarifications The Chapter 13 revision formally incorporates oral and written commitments which LILCO has made. This revision shouJd allow the staff to complete their safety evaluation and close SER Item 52, Management Organization. Other significant revisions, such as documentation of R.G. 1.52 deviations and clarifications of electrical separation and of suppression pool monitoring, have been previously provided for timely staff review of safety issues.
