COMMUNICATIONS AND RECORDKEEPING 1.' PURPOSE ,

The purpose of this procedure is to 1) provid'e a list of all logs to be

-taken and records to be kept, and 2) delineate when each log and record should be maintained.

This procedure is implemented when referenced by any Emergency' Plan Implementing Procedure. Facility coordinators shall assign indi s responsible for implementation of this procedure.
