This confirms our telephone conversation of 01 and 07 February 1983 as relates to y objection to the proposed change of schedule submitted by the Applicant on 21 January 1983.
As I stated on the telephone, I do not feel the Applicant has justified reasons for modifying the schedule, but I will not stand against such a change if the Board feels compelled to rule in favor of the Applicant in this instance. Please accart this statement as assurance that your actions in granting such extension will not be appealed by me.
On a different matter; it was noted that your memorandum and order number 81-!4 9-01 OL, dated 07 December 1982, omitted rulings m y contentions number 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20.
Staff Counsel Goddard and I made this discovery during a discussica relating to contentions at a meeting in Jefferson City, Missouri m 08 February 1982 1 am sure he will, also, bring this matter to your attentian upon his return to Washington, D.C.
It is respectfully requested that you issue a ruling on these items at your earliest convenience.
