Pursuant to a request made by the staff of the Region II office, we are resubmitting our proposed changes to the Surry and North Anna Security Plans which wern forwarded to your office by our letter dated December 9,
1982 (Serial No. 529).
The specific concern was the inadequate marking of the enclosure to that letter in that it was difficult to distinguish the Surry documents from the North Anna documents.
The eterial enclosed harein contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as amended.
