Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
This is in response to R. C. Lewis' July 27, 1982 letter to H. G. Parris, Report Nos. 50-259/82-20, 50-260/82-20, 50-296/82-20, concerning activities at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant which appeared to be in violation of NRC requirements. Enclosed is our response to Appendix A Notice of Violation.
Our response contains physical security information that is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR Part 73 21.
We, therefore, request that the enclosed response, along with the July 27, 1982 inspection report not be placed in the Public Document Room. If you have any questions, please call Jim Domer at FTS 858-2725.
