This letter constitutes a supplement to the final report under 10CFR50.55(e) regarding General Electric Company type IAC Induction Disc Relays with petroleum jelly lubricated time dials. Our previous report to you regarding this matter was dated March 30, 1982.
As stated in our previous letter the twenty-six (26) additional relays to replace those that were shipped with a potential manufacturing defect have been received. The relays are currently being tested and calibrated. The anticipated completion date of August 31, 1982, stated in our last report, will not be met.
The installation of these relays will be completed by September 30, 1982.
We trust that this will fulfill the reporting requirements under 10CFR50.55(e).
