LaSalle County Unit 2 Inservice Inspection Summary Report NRC Docket No. 50-374 Attached is a copy of the Commonwealth Edison Company LaSalle County Nuclear Power Station Unit 2 Inservice Inspection (ISI) Summary Report for the Fall 1993 ASME Section XI Inservice Inspection.
This is the third period of the first ten-year interval and this was LaSalle's fifth refueling outage for Unit 2.
LaSalle's mailing address is LaSalle County Station,_2601 N.
21st Road, Marseilles, Illinois 61341.
Unit 2 is owned and operated by Commonwealth Edison Company, whose address is One First National Plaza, P.O. Box 767,. Chicago Illinois 60690.
Unit 2 has a gross generating capacity of 3323 MWt, and began commercial operation on October 17, 1984.
The Unit 2 reactor vessel was supplied by Chicago Bridge and Iron, Oak Brook, Illinois.
The reactor recirculation systems components were supplied by General Electric, San Jose, California.
All other piping examined during the fifth refueling _
outage was supplied by B.F. Shaw, Wilmington, Delaware.
The inspections that were performed, the conditions that were observed, and the corrective measures that were taken are contained in the attached report.
